Giving back Where It Matters Most
My connection to animals runs as deep as my roots in Thailand. After rescuing four dogs from puppy mills in South Korea—two Pomeranians and two Toy Poodles who now fill my home with joy—I knew I had to do more.
Through Soi Dog Foundation, I sponsor two incredible survivors back in my homeland: Pattaya, a brave soul who survived the dog meat trade, and Sunstreaker, an independent spirit abandoned by his previous owners and attacked by a pack of dogs.
These six dogs represent more than rescue—they embody the same resilience I needed when I immigrated to the US in 1994 with barely any English. Just as I was given a chance to rebuild my life, I'm committed to giving voiceless animals the second chances they deserve. Whether it's building wealth through tech and real estate or saving lives one dog at a time, my mission remains the same: create opportunities where others see obstacles.

Most people think real estate is about buying properties.
For me… it’s about creating places where people can rebuild their lives.
I partnered with Housing Alchemy and Banana Split Club on a coliving project with a deeper purpose... providing transitional housing for patients in the program at Mercy Center.
But what makes this project different isn’t just the housing. It’s what happens inside it.
We’re not only creating a safe, stable place for people to land after treatment…
We’re also training individuals in the program to become construction workers... giving them real, hands-on skills to help build these homes.
Think about that for a second.
They’re not just moving into a space…
They’re helping build it.
They’re gaining skills.
They’re creating a path forward.
This is what real impact looks like to me.
Not just a roof over someone’s head.
but dignity, ownership, and opportunity.
Because the hardest part isn’t starting over…
it’s having the support and resources to stay on your feet.
This is why I do what I do.
Yes, I’m building wealth through real estate.
But I’m also building systems that give people a second chance... not just to live somewhere, but to grow into something more.
